- A tablespoon of dried coriander
- One tablespoon of fennel

- A tablespoon of black salt
How to make Imli ki chatni?
Place a
frying pan on the stove and fry cumin, coriander, fennel, celery, black pepper
and dried red pepper on low heat for 5 minutes. After frying these spices, make
their powder in a pot. They can also be grinded but I would recommend you to
make its powder with your own hands. This way the tamarind sauce will be very
delicious.
