What are the ingredients for Gulab Jamun?
Ingredients:
One liter of milk
Two cups of water
Two cups of sugar
5 green cardamoms
Half a teaspoon of baking soda
Half a spoon of baking powder
Two cups of sugar
How to prepare Gulab Jamun?

First we boil the milk well and continue to boil until it thickens well.
Now take two cups of water in a pot, put two cups of sugar in it and mix a half
tea spoon of lemon juice in it. Now this sugar mixed water has to be boiled two
to three times. After the water has boiled, cover it so that it does not get
cold.

Now add half a teaspoon of baking soda and baking powder in the condensed
milk and mix it with half a cup of wheat flour. Add half a cup of ghee, mix
well and leave for ten minutes.
After ten minutes, start making gulab jamun with your hands and when the gulab
jamun are ready, put sugar water on low heat of the stove and put these gulab
jamun in it.
Keep stirring the spoon in the water so that the gulab jamun are well
cooked and sweet.
Now put the gulab jamun in this water for half an hour. Then take it out
and serve. Your delicious Gulab jamun are ready.
