Restaurant style Mutton Steam Roast recipe

How to make Mutton Steam Roast at home?
Step 1: Fry the Mutton Leg
First, cut a mutton leg into large pieces, then soak it in salt and vinegar water for some time, then wash it with water. After washing, put salt in it and keep it for some time. Now heat oil in a pan and fry it.

Second step: Marinating
To install
spices on the mutton, cut 8 cloves of garlic, add water and squeeze it to
extract the juice, and keep the remaining paste aside.
In a large
bowl, add 1 cup of yogurt, one and half teaspoon of roasted cumin powder, 1
teaspoon of red pepper, 1 teaspoon of chaat masala, 4 teaspoons of lemon juice,
turmeric, ½ teaspoon of hot spices and salt and mix all these spices well and
then add the meat. Add in and mix well so that the spices are coated everywhere
on the mutton leg, and leave it for a while.
Step Three: Steaming
In a
pressure cooker add water half of the cooker, garlic paste, juice of 1 lemon
and ½ cup of oil and place a pot (usually comes with the cooker).
Place butter
paper on the pot and make some holes and then put the mutton leg along with the
spices and wait until the bottom water boils. When the water starts to smoke,
reduce the heat of the cooker close it and let it cook for about an hour.
After an
hour, open the cooker and take out the roasted mutton leg on a plate and serve
everyone, the restaurant style delicious mutton stem roast is ready!
