  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp.
  • Raisins 20 grams.
  • Cashews 25 grams.
  • Green chillies 3 pcs.
  • Cumin 1 tablespoon.
  • Water 0.5 liter.
  • Yellow food color 1 tsp.
  • Coal 1 piece.

Cooking instructions:

  1. Grind dry coriander, cumin, black pepper, badian flowers, green cardamom, cinnamon, big cardamom and fennel in a grinder. Now the mandi masala is ready.
  2. Take a pot and add mandi masala, salt, vinegar, red chili powder, ginger garlic paste, chopped red chili, lemon juice and mix all the ingredients well.

  9. Now place the prepared chicken on it and place a bowl of aluminum foil in it and put burning coal in it.
