Shahi Paneer Recipe

Shahi Paneer Ingredients:

  • Cooking oil 34 tbs
  • Onion sliced 2 large
  • Tomatoes 2 large
  • Water 1/4 Cup or as required
  • Green cardamom 2
  • Cinnamon stick 1
  • Tez paat (Bay leaf) 1
  • Ginger garlic paste ½ tbs
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp or to taste
  • Turmeric powder ½ tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp or to taste
  • Kashmiri red chili powder ½ tsp
  • Coriander powder ½ tsp
  • Zeera powder ½ tsp
  • Garam masala powder ½ tsp
  • Baisan (Gram flour) roasted 2 tbs
  • Kaju powder (Cashew powder) 1 tbs
  • Chicken powder 1 tsp
  • Kasuri meethi (Dried fenugreek leaves) 1 tsp
  • Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 12 tbs
  • Pani (Water) 1 Cup or as required
  • Paneer (Cottage cheese) cubes 1 & ½ Cups
  • Cream 2 tbs (optional)
  • Kasuri meethi (Dried fenugreek leaves)
  • Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped

How to make Shahi Paneer?

First of all add cooking oil in wok and onion and sauté until translucent. Add tomatoes and cook until tomatoes are soft. In chopper,add onion/tomato mixture and water,blend to make a puree & set aside. In wok, add cooking oil, green cardamom, cinnamon stick, bay leaf and mix. Add ginger garlic paste and mix well. Add red chili powder and mix well. Now add pureed tomatoes & onion, mix well and cook for 23 minutes.

Simple and Tasty Chicken Soup Recipe

Add turmeric powder, salt, kashmiri red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, gram flour, cashew powder, chicken powder, mix well and cook for 45 minutes. Add dried fenugreek leaves, fresh coriander and mix well. Add water, mix well and bring it to boil, cover and cook on low flame for 10 minutes. Add cottage cheese cubes and mix gently. Cover and cook on low flame for 45 minutes. Turn off the flame and add cream and mix well. Turn on the flame and cook for 2 minutes.

Your delicious Shahi Paneer is ready, Add dried fenugreek leaves, fresh coriander & serve.!
