You will need these items to make Pani puri
- Semolina (Suji) two tablespoons
- Salt half a teaspoon
- Baking soda half a tablespoon
- Boiled potatoes
- Boiled white gram
How to make Pani puri?
Mix all these things and add half a cup of water to it and knead the flour and then put it in for ten minutes.
After ten minutes, prepare the flour and then cut it into round shape in a wooden tray like bread. As shown in the picture.
Now heat the oil in a frying pan and put the flour round cuts into it. Pani puri will be ready.
Prepare the sauce for the green sauce (hari chatni) with mint, coriander, and green chili.
